Bring your games and your fun and we will do the same.

We need help from everyone to make this a great experience. Bringing your games to share is a valued but not necessary part of Stumptown Game Summit.

The format will be to bring games if you can and set them up in a designated area. Then take either one of your games or someone else's and find a group to sit down and play.

Bringing Your Games

  • We will have sheets of paper and cards for each library table

  • Find any open library table space (note which number table it is)

  • List your games on one of the pieces of paper

  • Put what time you are leaving on the sheet as well

Playing Games

  • Grab any game, grab a table number card (so you know where to return the game to)

  • Find an open gaming table and some people to play with

  • There will be "Players Wanted" signs at the water tables

  • There will also be "Teacher Wanted" signs at the water tables

  • Enjoy

Stumptown Game Summit is all about the players and community. We have the following events and happenings at our convention. We can’t wait to share them all with you. Keep checking back here as we announce more!

Designer Alley

One of our favorite ways to build a strong community is through our Designer Alley. It gives designers an opportunity to engage with attendees, teach their games, and receive feedback about them. It also allows our attendees a unique experience of playing games directly with the designers. It even gives you a shot at winning some of their games through our play-to-win system.

Play-to-Win

Play-to-Win is a great system where everyone wins! Designers and publishers get eyes on their amazing creations and players not only get to play a new game, but also a chance to win it! That is right, all you have to do is play the game and you are entered into a drawing for that game. Since only so many people can play it your chances of winning are increased!

Raffles

At Stumptown Game Summit we believe that you should have a choice about what you could win as a prize. So we put all the raffle items out on display and you can choose which one you put your raffle tickets with. Do you put all your eggs in one basket? Or do you spread them out? It is all up to you!
